All of our celebration cakes are made freshly to order so we need a lead time of at least two months.

We first make a cake using your chosen recipe.   We then ice the cake and add any piping or motifs you have chosen. In this case a burgundy line and beaded icing to the base of the cake.

We then hand craft the suguar craft flowers and ivy leaves that will adorn the stand.

These are then bound into sprays of flowers and added to the cake stand.

The use of ribbon further enhances the affect, they are woven together completly covering the cake stand as if the flowers are all that is supporting the cakes.

Then we hand craft the sugar craft centre pieces for the different layers of cake.

The top layer being most important is normaly a bride and groom or basket or vase of flowers.

In this case there are additional individual sprays of flowers on both the lower tiers of the cake

All that remains is the actual assembly of all the parts of the cake, at this point the overall effect is achieved

Revealed is a beautifull complete wedding cake.
