Aunt Sally's ~ Malissa Wedding Cake

Three tier square wedding cake, with an oyster shell filled with roses as a centre piece, each tier has a single gold line (matched with the cake boards) and piped gold decoration top the top.

Because it was a services wedding the motif is of a cap badge and birds.

The Bride decided the cake layers should be made from the Aunt Sally's rich Fruit Cake recipe.
